Conditions

  • Scheduled times and departure times. PLEASE BE AT PICKUP LOCATION 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO BOARDING TIME.
  • Shuttle times are subject to change due to traffic, weather conditions and local/state inspections that may occasionally cause shuttle delay to run 20 to 25 minutes
  • Your Resort/Hotel and/or Florida Charter Service will not provide reimbursement for alternative taxi or limousine service due to missed shuttles. Groups of 13 or more may not use the courtesy shuttle, please call for a private charter.
  • Handicap services must be scheduled 24 hours in advance, motorized scooters and foldable wheel-chairs are NOT eligible for wheel-chair accessible vehicle. Copy of handicap health card will be required for scheduling a wheel-chair accessible vehicle.
  • Florida Charter Service reserves the right to refuse the services to anyone who disregards rules and regulation of shuttle services.
  • Florida Charter Service will not be responsible for lost or stolen items left on shuttle buses.
  • Seats are on a first come first service basis as shuttle buses are equipped to take standing riders, shuttle buses make multiple stops to and from theme parks.
  • There is NO smoking, eating, drinking, or luggage permitted on the shuttle.
