The hotel is located 1 mile from Universal Orlando, 7.4 miles from Sea World, 1.9 miles from Wet and Wild and 10.3 miles from the Walt Disney World.
Is smoking permitted at the hotel?
No, our property is a 100% smoke-free rooms but we have a Garden Area in the hotel for smokers.
Can I purchase theme park tickets at the hotel?
Yes, you may purchase a wide variety of multi-day theme park tickets through an independent guests service desk located in the lobby of the resort.
Is transportation available to the airport and area attractions?
This Clarion Inn and Suites in Orlando offers complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Walt Disney World® Resort, as well as Universal Orlando® Resort and Sea World. Please see a Front Desk agent for pickup and drop off times. Taxi service is available upon request for transportation to and from the airport for a nominal fee.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at the hotel except for service animals.

We offer a Tabla Restaurant menu and the bar features a wide range of drinks and cocktails for your enjoyment.

All our rooms are non-smoking and yes our hotel offers ADA rooms.
Do you have rooms with refrigerators or microwaves?
Yes, all of our rooms include free refrigerators but, unfortunately we don't have microwaves. In addition we offer free coffee maker, iron, ironing-board, hairdryer and radio alarm clock.
Does the hotel provide parking?
Yes, onsite parking is available to all guests free of charge.
Does the hotel have laundry facilities and offer dry cleaning services?
Yes, the hotel offers self-serve laundry facilities in designated areas. We don't provide dry cleaning services.
Does the hotel offer business services?
A business center in the lobby area is available with a complimentary computer workstation. Stay connected, check your e-mails or print your boarding pass. (Internet password will be provided at the front desk) .

What is your cancellation policy?
  • Pay at Check-in Rate Program: Rooms purchased under this fee schedule shall have Free Cancellations up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival without penalty if cancelled or changed by 4PM local hotel time. Cancellations made after are subject to a fee equal to one night plus applicable tax. If you initiate a dispute or charge back you agree to be charged an additional administrative fee of $40.00 for responding to the dispute or charge back.

  • Pay Now & Save Rate Program: Rooms purchased under this fee schedule are non-refundable, there are no cancellations, no changes, and no refunds permitted on rooms purchased under this plan. If you initiate a dispute or charge back you agree to be charged an additional administrative fee of $40.00 for responding to the dispute or charge back.

  • How do I guarantee my reservation? All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. One-night room and tax will be charged to your credit card within 3 days prior to your arrival with the exception of the Pay Now & Save Offer. The Pay Now & Save offer is pre-paid for the total amount within 24-48 hours of booking. It is a non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable rate plan.
What is the minimum age required to stay at our hotel?
Minimum age required to check in is 21 years of age with a valid photo id and a major credit card. $100.00 USD refundable security deposit is required for cash-paying guests, rooms are inspected at check out. During high demand or special events periods, hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card within 3-days prior to arrival. Should your credit card decline, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice.
How do I guarantee my reservation?
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. One night room and tax will be charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival.

The hotel currently accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Diners Club International..
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available at 4:00 PM. and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check in and late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. The latest check-out without penalties is at 12:00 PM, after that we charge a fee of $28.00 and the guest can stay in the room until 3:00 PM.
Are connecting rooms available?
Connecting rooms are available but subject to availability.
What is the maximum capacity to a room?
King Standard rooms are limited to 2 guests. King Suite rooms limited to 4 guests. Queen Standard rooms to 4 guests, and Queen Suites for up to 6 guests.
What are the breakfast hours?
There's a Roast Café cafeteria in the lobby that provides breakfast by purchase at 7:00am to 11:00am.
